I’m a Nutrition and Fitness Coach

I will create a nutrition and fitness program designed for you. By changing your eating habits, you can improve your fitness and sporting performance. I can also help you by teaching you how to cook healthy, nutritious food.

My life-long passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle makes me your ideal mentor, coach and motivator. I follow a plant-based diet and I’m experienced in dealing with allergies and food intolerance.
Through face-to-face or online coaching, or private one-to-one cooking master classes, with me you’ll learn how to plan meals, manage your weight and reach your lifestyle and fitness goals.

I’m a Pro Bikini Athlete

Fitness has been a huge part of my life since an early age. When I was seven I started competing as a swimmer and since then I’ve enjoyed dancing, boxing, martial arts and marathon running.
I’ve won two Overall Female Championship titles and achieved nine first places in all. 

I can help you with face-to-face and online contest preparation, posing and coaching.

I’m a Private Chef
If you want a gourmet experience for any occasion, I can cater for all your needs.
As well as creating bespoke menus, I will take care of the whole event including sourcing the food, cooking and serving it. I’ll even clean up afterwards.
I can also deliver one-to-one cooking master classes so you can learn how to create and enjoy healthy, nutritious meals.
